Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which DiffBeam Studios offers refunds for paid subscriptions to Stoopkeep (“Service”). We want you to feel confident trying Pro — and if it’s not right for you, we’ll make it right.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no charge and requires no payment information. No refund is applicable as no payment is ever made.

2. Pro Plan — Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within the window below and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Monthly plan: 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment.
  • Annual plan: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment.
  • This guarantee applies to first-time Pro subscribers only.
  • Refund requests made outside the applicable window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Renewal Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We send a reminder email before annual renewals.

Refunds for renewal charges are not issued unless the renewal occurred due to a technical error on our end. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

4. Partial Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time on monthly subscriptions. For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day guarantee window, we do not issue partial refunds for the remaining months. You will continue to have Pro access until the end of your paid annual period.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You have already received a refund for a previous subscription period.
  • The refund request is made outside the applicable guarantee window (14 days for monthly, 30 days for annual), unless otherwise determined at our discretion.
  • Charges for add-ons or one-time purchases, if any are offered in the future.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at stoopkeep@diffbeam.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address associated with your Stoopkeep account.
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
  • A brief reason for the request (optional but helpful for us to improve).

We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
